WORLD TELEMEDIA PRAGUE Conference drill down

0

The World Telemedia conference this year is focusing in on just four key ares, but looking to go in depth into each and offers some really great speakers.

Kicking things off on Tuesday afternoon, Nick Lane, Chief Insight Analyst at Mobilesquared will be sharing his in depth assessment of the PRS industry – where it has been and where it is going. This is followed by our second keynote from Rory Maguire, MD of AIME, who will outline how the industry moves forward in a world increasingly dominated by Apple, Google and PayPal.

Wednesday sees us turn our attention to carrier billing, with AIME outlining what PSD2 means across Europe – a must attend for all delegates as this really is what will dictate how the industry develops and what opportunities emerge across the EU.

We then look at how the industry can play its role in developing financial inclusion and awareness with carrier billing worldwide, thanks to John BaRoss, President & Founder, FINCCLUDE Inc – a new body set up to promote carrier billing as the way to get the whole world using mobile payments and to bank the unbanked.

John will then be hosting a lunch meeting for anyone who wants to get involved in his organization. We strongly advise that you do!

We then follow this with a look at strategic telecoms which will also kick off with the how to support the emergence of a more mobile and m-payments savvy developing world with a unique and highly charged presentation by Josef Bruckschloegl from Kwak Telecom. Tim Williams from Felix Telecom will then build on this theme in his presentation.

Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, World Telemedia serves up a commercial feast of key verticals for delegates to take home. We’re delighted to welcome representatives from the BBC, txtnation and mGage who will be covering trends interactive broadcast, opportunities in gaming and the secrets to engaging and reengaging those new high tech customers for premium content, service and applications.
