Digital monetisation company Centili has appointed Uros Tomic (pictured above) as its new SVP for Global Growth, as it continues to strengthen its leadership team and implement the growth strategy it set out in March this year.
Tomic will be responsible for driving revenue growth in all regions where Centili operates. He will lead the global go-to-market strategy and guide worldwide sales.
“Uros is a visionary with a proven track record of execution. He is a strong communicator with deep leadership skills and a strong customer focus. As a former Centilian and former business partner, Uros has a profound understanding of our products and markets. I am confident that he will help our organization meet and exceed its growth objectives,” says Centili Group CEO Zoran Vasiljev.
Holding a master’s degree in management, Tomic has spent nearly three years in Singapore as Chief Operating Officer at the fast-growing technology startup WeVenture. He immersed himself in both international business development and organization scaling, overseeing the expansion of operations, teams and key partnerships across 3 continents.
Prior to that, he held several business development positions at Centili, an organization he is deeply familiar with in terms of business, products and culture. It was the combination of his skills, his previous experience at Centili and the knowledge he had gained in digital product distribution that made him a promising match for the new role.
“Centili is on an exceptional journey of innovation, launching new products and fostering great creative energy. I am excited and honoured to rejoin the company, and do my best to contribute to its success in years ahead,” Tomic says.
Siddharth Sahi joins Centili as Head of Asia
Meanwhile, Centili has also appointed Siddharth Sahi as Head of Asia – a newly created position in the exanding organisation.
An experienced business development professional, Sahi has a track record of growing consumer and social media businesses with mobile operators in Asia. He will lead business and operations on the continent seen as one of the top digital monetization markets today and in years ahead.
He brings in more than 19 years of experience in sales processes and management, acquired in close work with MNOs across the ASEAN region. He held a VP position at Fortumo for almost five years, negotiating deals with MNOs to enable revenue growth for global merchants through mobile payments in South East Asia. He is joining Centili from Apigate, where he also led carrier partnerships.
“A true hustler and monetisation expert has joined our family, which is fantastic news. Glad to have you on our squad, and let us make this journey a memorable one,” CEO Vasiljev says.
Sahi adds: “Centili offers cutting edge products for telecoms and merchants alike. Having spent considerable time in this industry, I understand that the challenge our partners face is not just extended coverage or new digital content but also the entire end-user lifecycle management. Centili portfolio was built with these very needs in mind, and it is unique in the market. I look forward to working with Zoran and the entire team as we take Asia to a leadership position in the coming quarters, Sid said upon joining the organisation.”
