Munn’s term will begin on January 1st 2017 for three years. This follows the completion of Peter Hinchliffe’s term as Deputy Chair with current non-executive Director Ruth Sawtell becoming Senior Independent Director of the PSA.

David Edmonds CBE, Chairman of the PSA, comments: “I am delighted Meg has agreed to join the Board of the PSA. She brings good understanding of regulation, strategic thinking and both private and public sector experience to the Board. We will benefit greatly from her energy, insight and perspective from other sectors.

“I would also like to thank Peter Hinchliffe, who is completing his term as Deputy Chair. Peter has made a significant contribution to the PSA over the last four years both on the Board and in his previous role on the Code Compliance Panel.”

Munn, adds: “I am very pleased to be joining the Board of the PSA in January. I look forward to working with the Board and Executive to further the interests of consumers in this innovative and fast moving market.”
