Psychic Today has chosen Square1 Communications to provide new integrated IVR call handling platforms for the psychic service’s live TV show.
This latest offering from SQ1 gives Psychic Today a future proof service and one that is fully integrated with its own payment and CRM platforms. With VoIP access and some other technical developments by Square1 and Psychic Today it has not only improved service levels for Psychic Todays callers, but will also add some great new features that will be of great benefit to the consumer and enhance their experience.
