Telserv acquired by MessageBird

0

Telserv has been acquired by MessageBird, the Amsterdam based Cloud company. Through the acquisition, Telserv has created a strong global reach with a rich portfolio and will be in an even better position to serve its customers.

“We want to assure you that we will still be the same old Telserv that you have grown to love,” says Marco Dunhof, CSO of Telserv. “Our service, mission, and brand remain unchanged. We will be reaching out to you in the future to discuss the market and the opportunities ahead. Both Telserv and MessageBird share a vision to change the world by giving you the possibility to serve your customers.”

Johan van der Lijcke Telserv’s COO adds: “We have long admired MessageBird and are looking forward to craft value-add, customer-focused solutions together while also building a great team and culture. By joining forces, we are able to serve you from offices on 4 continents and with a world-class team of over 20 different nationalities available around the clock to support you everywhere! Telserv’s virtual numbers platform and MessageBirds SMS, Chat, and Voice solutions have been integrated already and are fully API driven.”

The last years have been an incredible journey for Telserv in which we were able to obtain a leadership position in the market for virtual numbers. None of this would be possible without our amazing team and our customers, however the need to expand on services will always remain at the forefront.

“We are excited to share more about what we’ll be working on together in the coming months. The possibilities are endless, and we are only just getting started,” concludes Dunhof.
