The world of Telemedia is undergoing significant change, with the old traditional services that have stood the test of time so well, now under increasing pressure in certain markets from changes in consumer behaviour, tech, pricing, and a new wave of services.
But then, services such as ringtones and wallpapers continue to thrive in other markets.
Carrier billing continues to go from strength to strength and is flying in some markets but stalling in others. What does this mean for your business?
To help us all understand what all this means in a practical business sense, we at World Telemedia want to consolidate this global market view with a major piece of research to understand exactly what this industry of ours is worth, – and what will it be worth in years to come.
Not only do we want to know what the Telemedia industry is worth in 2018, but also what will it be worth in 2023? What are the services that continue to make money, and what are the next wave of services that we should be investing in?
Working with leading telecoms and media research company MobileSquared, we will be looking to ascertain the market values worldwide for telemedia, broken down by region and service type, as well as providing in depth analysis of what services are working where and why and hopefully helping all businesses in the sector learn from one another to the greater good.
