WORLD TELEMEDIA MARBELLA Telecom 2 Playing A Serious Numbers Game In Marbella

0

We’re delighted that once again Telecom2 are supporting World Telemedia Marbella as one of our four major Platinum Sponsors.

The T2 team will be available on Hospitality Suite 3 throughout the show to discuss their new Spanish ranges [from their own Spanish company – Advanced Voice]and their 2Reach product that enables customers to easily view all ranges along with access from particular countries and from mobile and fixed networks.

Telecom2 have been attending World Telemedia for many years now and for anyone involved in the  payments, telecoms fixed and mobile space – this is the must attend show for generating new business, building existing relationships. This year there’s also a fantastic array of informative sessions which will help us all keep abreast of the latest innovations in billing, marketing, content creation and of course the key regulatory changes”, says Tim Duncalf, Sales Director On Wednesday 19th, Alan Partington will also be hosting a Private Lunch [13:00] and an open Hospitality Breakout [18:15] entitled Addressing Billing Disputes & AITs [UK domestic voice]. Over the last few years there has been a lack of clarity on following contractual detail and commercial awareness that means an increase in highly questionable retentions and an increase in billing disputes – resulting in operators being penalised and with businesses and reputations damaged.

This initiative aims to look at how to handle disputes and AIT cases and to discuss what can be done to encourage Ofcom to take an active role in the regulation of the Standard Interconnect Agreement. So if you are a business owner, billing manager, financial manager or director – this is a “must attend” session at WTM this year.
